A newly built village on the banks of the river Alpheios, which was relocation after the earthquakes in  1965. It is 7 km NE of Krestena and has  527 residents. 

SIGHTS

THE IDYLLIC GRASSY GREEN LANDSCAPE on the banks of the Alphios  (the deified river which  in love with spring Arethousa).

THE CHAPEL OF THE METAMORPHOSIS OF SOTIROS in the area of   «Kropissa»,  5km SE of the village, a beautiful location and an age/old oak tree next to it. It is celebrated on August 6.
